Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Malt + Ember

On October 16, 2018 a Town-sponsored ribbon cutting celebrating the grand opening of Malt + Ember was held. The new restaurant and brewery, which specializes in wood-fired pizza and craft beer, is located at 134 Greece Ridge Center Drive.

One of the reasons the ownership group of Malt + Ember chose to establish their business in the Town of Greece was because they felt that their business concept could add a unique experience to the restaurant and brewery scene in our community.

“I was excited to host a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the grand opening of Malt + Ember in Greece. I wish Malt + Ember Ownership Group Members Jeff Limuti, Tyler French, Mike French, Brendon Clar, Jimmy Wilmot, and Louie Maier great success,”  Greece Town Supervisor Bill Reilich said during the ceremony.
