Assemblyman Peter Lawrence, Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo, Greece Town Supervisor William Reilich, NYS Police, Monroe County Sheriff’s Office and the Town of Greece Police Department joined AAA Western and Central New York and members of its Board of Directors to cut the ribbon on a brand new, state of the art Travel & Insurance Center at 2589 W. Ridge Road in Greece. The facility is located in a brand new building next door to Starbucks.

“Having a high-visibility location is key to meeting the needs of our members,” said Tony Spada, president and CEO of AAA WCNY. “We look forward to launching this office concept in Greece. The new, more modern look could be used in other areas in the future as well.”

The new office features an open floor plan with less paper storage and more electronic features, like a video system for members to explore travel opportunities, and wireless connectivity for AAA associates to assist visitors at various work stations. It will also feature expanded hours once fall arrives with Sunday and evening hours as a convenience to Rochester area residents in need of travel and insurance services.

Area law enforcement, including NYS Police, Monroe County Sheriff’s Office and Town of Greece Police Department, showed their support at the ribbon cutting on Wednesday.
