Beards for Days with officers from the Third Platoon.

“No Shave November” is an annual campaign dedicated to increasing awareness of the fact that cancer patients lose their hair as a side effect of cancer treatment. The campaign is designed to raise funds through donations of the money typically spent on shaving. Money raised goes to organizations that educate about cancer prevention and help save lives.

Thirty four police officers from the Greece Police Department participated in “No Shave November” and they raised over $3000. Funds raised by the Greece Police Department will  benefiting Willow Domestic Violence Center and 13Thirty Cancer Connect.
