New Member Inducted

Greece Kiwanian and Past Lt. Governor of the Genesee Division, Joe Cimino, inducted the newest member, Patrick Gingello, General Manager of the Greece location of Pet$aver Healthy Pet Superstore, during the meeting on September 25, 2018. At the meeting Kiwanians also learned about Hyper-Reach in Monroe County from Legislator Ed Wilt, who represents the 1st Legislative District. Hyper-Reach is an emergency notification system, a way to send your voice, a text message, a TTY (teletype for the hearing impaired) message, or an alarm message to as many people as you need to reach, either from their website or with just one phone call. New President Sworn In

On Tuesday, October 2, 2018, Lt. Governor, Ron Palmer swore in  Heather Henderson as the new President of the Kiwanis Club of Greece. The Board of Directors were also sworn in during the ceremony.

Other Kiwanis Club News

Vendor Blendor Fundraiser benefiting Kiwanis Club of Greece Youth Programs will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 10AM to 2PM at the Barnard Restaurant and Party House, 360 Maiden Lane, Greece. There will be over 25 local crafters and vendors, items available for raffle and food available for purchase. For more information contact Lori Schmidt at 585-737-7866.

The Greece Kiwanis Mission Statement reads, “We are dedicated to serving the children of Greece and surrounding areas and improving their quality of life.”  Kiwanis meetings are held on Tuesdays at noon at Barnard Restaurant and Party House, 360 Maiden Lane, Greece.
