The national sponsorship brings together the collective power of FMCNA’s employee volunteers to make a greater social impact on the broader kidney community through increased corporate outreach and participation.

More than 73 million people are at risk for kidney disease and most don’t even know it. The Kidney Walk is the nation’s largest walk to fight kidney disease. More than 80 cents of every dollar raised directly supports National Kidney Foundation programs and services for kidney patients, their families, and those at risk. In New York, there are more than 29,000 patients with kidney disease on dialysis.

FMCNA is represented in the Rochester area with 13 dialysis centers and four business units, treating 826 patients and employing 186 individuals.
