DMV-Approved Defensive Driving Courses Now Available to Greece Residents

The Greece Police Department will now be hosting Defensive Driving Courses for residents of the Town of Greece. These Town-Sponsored Defensive Driving Courses offered through the National Safety Council are DMV-approved for point and insurance reduction. After hearing from residents about how costly Defensive Driving Courses can be through other organizations, Greece Town Supervisor Bill Reilichbegan looking into how the Town of Greece could offer these courses at a reasonable price to residents.

Greece Residents who are interested in attending Defensive Driving Courses may sign up via the Town of Greece website. Visit the Town of Greece website at, click the “Residents” tab on the upper right hand corner of the home page, select “Defensive Driving Course”, and follow the link to submit the online registration form.
